Refund policy
This Return and Refund Policy applies to purchases made through the Hauck USA online store.
1. Return Eligibility
Returns are subject to prior approval by Hauck USA Inc.
Products must be returned in their original condition, unused, complete, and, where applicable, in their original packaging.
Products that have been used, damaged, altered, improperly stored, or are otherwise not in resalable condition may not be eligible for return.
Certain products, including customized, special-order, clearance, final-sale, or discontinued items, may be excluded from return.
2. Return Period
Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.
No return should be shipped before receiving return authorization from Hauck USA Inc.
3. Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled until they have been fulfilled.
Once an order has been fulfilled, it can no longer be cancelled. After delivery, eligible products may be returned in accordance with this Return & Refund Policy.
To request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible at contact@hauckusa.com.
4. Return Authorization
To request a return, please contact us at contact@hauckusa.com and provide:
- Order number
- Product name and item number
- Quantity to be returned
- Reason for the return
- Photos of the product and packaging, if applicable
If the return is approved, Hauck USA Inc. will provide further instructions and, where applicable, a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
5. Return Shipping
Unless otherwise agreed in writing or the return is due to an error by Hauck USA Inc., return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
The customer is responsible for ensuring that returned products are properly packaged and transported.
Hauck USA Inc. is not responsible for loss or damage occurring during return transportation.
Return instructions and the applicable return address will be provided after the return request has been approved.
6. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products
If products arrive damaged, visibly defective, or different from the products ordered, please contact us at contact@hauckusa.com within 7 days of delivery.
Please retain the product, original packaging, and shipping materials until the claim has been reviewed.
Depending on the circumstances, Hauck USA Inc. may provide a replacement, repair, credit, or refund.
7. Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed after the returned products have been received and inspected.
Refunds will generally be issued to the original payment method.
Shipping charges, handling fees, customs duties, taxes, or other charges may be non-refundable unless the return results from an error by Hauck USA Inc. or is otherwise required by applicable law.
8. Non-Returnable Products
The following products may not be eligible for return:
- Customized or special-order products
- Clearance or final-sale products
- Discontinued products
- Products that have been used, altered, damaged, or are no longer in resalable condition
- Products returned without prior authorization
